Each Store gets this local feedback channelled through to them from their customers on a weekly basis, so that they can use this feedback to improve their service.

MY TEN CENTS WORTH SURVEY – TERMS AND C0NDITIONS
There is one (1) monthly national draw of one (1) $1,000 Mitre 10 Gift Card for each month. (‘Prize’)
How To Enter:
- Any purchase at any of our Mitre 10 and MEGA stores entitles you to enter this national competition. No minimum spend is required.
- All receipts will have a Survey ID printed at the bottom. To enter, go to mitre10.co.nz/my10centsworth, input your Survey ID as requested and then complete the Survey.
- Once completed, you will have an option to enter your personal details and contact details, which entitles you to enter the prize draw. If you chose not to complete this section, you are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
- As part of the registration process, you will have an option of whether or not you wish to receive regular updates on new products and services, local events, competitions, special offers and catalogue alerts. This option is entirely discretionary.
- You can only enter each unique Survey ID once. EACH RECEIPT = 1 ENTRY IN THE PRIZE DRAW: Every time you enter a unique Survey ID you receive one entry in the prize draw.
- Ensure that you retain your till receipt as proof of purchase to verify your entry. Loss of this may result in the ineligibility to claim the prize.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
- This information is being collected by Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited, and may be shared within the Mitre 10 Group and relevant Mitre 10 stores. It will be used to improve customer service. This may include contacting you about any issues you have raised or feedback you have provided about your shopping experience.
- Prize Draw terms & conditions:
- Prize draw will be by the tenth working day of each month for completed surveys from the previous month and the winner will be notified by phone or email. The winner will collect their prize from the store their entry purchase was from.
- The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- In the event the monthly winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of the draw being made, a new winner will be drawn. The new winner will be subject to the same terms and conditions.
- By completing the survey & entering the draw, the winner consents to his or her name and photograph being used for publicity purposes, and the ensuing copyright will vest in Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited at no additional cost.
- Mitre 10 staff and immediate family are not eligible to win the prize draw.
- The prize is a $1,000.00 Mitre 10 Gift Card and is not redeemable for cash.
- All entries remain the property of the Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited.
- Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited collects Eligible Entrants' personal information in order to conduct the Survey.
- Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions of Entry at any time and from time to time.
